About Our Funeral Plans
Our funeral preplanning comprehensive service involves personal consultation and documenting funeral details in advance. It includes decisions on burial or cremation, choice of casket, ceremony or commemoration preferences and financial arrangements.

The funeral plan can only be cancelled during the 14-day cooling off period upon the date of execution subject to the payment of an administration fee of $100 (plus prevailing GST).
No cancellation is allowed for any on-going instalment payment plan, however there is an option to transfer a fully-paid plan to other intended user subject to terms and conditions.

One of the most popular reasons for the purchase of preplanning funeral packages is to locked in price to protect yourself and your family from raising cost due to inflation; cost for your pre-paid funeral package remains the same.
The Company shall allow the utilisation of the package upon the provision of the death certificate of the intended user, provided the Total Purchase Price has been paid in full. Unlike insurance, pre-paid funeral packages are not restricted by accidental or any natural cause of death.
It is important to know that prepaid funeral packages do not cover repatriation services. The Singapore Casket stands out for providing professional repatriation services, backed by a global network and years of experience in handling such needs. Additional costs for repatriation may apply when necessary.
